Telegram Proxy for iPhone

Connect a free MTProto proxy in Telegram on iPhone and iPad with one tap or manually in settings. Step-by-step guide and working servers.

Fast way

Tap it — Telegram opens and offers to connect the best server.

Connect proxy

Option 1. One tap

  1. Open this page on your iPhone and tap “Connect proxy” above — we pick the fastest server for you. Or choose a server from the list.
  2. Telegram opens with a “Proxy Server” sheet. Tap Connect Proxy.
  3. Done — a shield icon appears above your chat list. If it is blue, your connection goes through the proxy.

Reading this on a computer? Open the server list, tap the QR button and scan the code with your iPhone camera.

Option 2. Manually

  1. In Telegram open Settings → Data and Storage → Proxy.
  2. Tap Add Proxy and choose MTProto.
  3. Fill in Server, Port and Secret from the table below.
  4. Tap Done and turn on Use Proxy.

If it does not connect

  • Try another server — tg-proxies.com/go always opens the best working one.
  • Switch between Wi‑Fi and mobile data: carriers filter traffic differently.
  • Update Telegram from the App Store — older builds handle Fake‑TLS proxies worse.
  • Calls do not work over a proxy. That is a protocol limit, not a setup mistake — for calls you need a VPN.

Details for manual setup

Common questions

Do I need to install an app or a profile on my iPhone?

No. The proxy is built into Telegram itself — iOS settings and other apps stay untouched.

Where do I turn the proxy off on iPhone?

Telegram → Settings → Data and Storage → Proxy, then switch off “Use proxy”.
